Learn how to read and manage your Monwurx invoices

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Billing → Invoice History
  2. View all past invoices with date and amount
  3. Click any invoice to download as PDF

Invoice Sections

Your invoice may include:

Item Description
Base Subscription Your plan cost (e.g., Professional Plan - $12/user)
User Count Number of active users in the billing period
Prorated Charges Partial month charges for mid-cycle changes
Credits Discounts, refunds, or promotional credits
Tax Applicable sales tax based on your location

User Billing Explained

You're billed based on active users:

Tip: Deactivate users who leave the company immediately to avoid being billed for them.

Tax Information

To add your tax ID for invoices:

  1. Go to Billing → Company Information
  2. Enter your company name and address
  3. Add your VAT/Tax ID number
  4. Save changes

Disputing an Invoice

If you believe an invoice is incorrect:

  1. Go to Billing → Invoice History
  2. Click the invoice in question
  3. Click "Dispute Invoice"
  4. Describe the issue
  5. Our team will respond within 2 business days
