Managing Your Subscription
Access billing settings at Settings → Billing:
- View current plan and usage
- Update payment method
- Download invoices
- Upgrade or downgrade plan
Adding/Removing Users
Your bill automatically adjusts when you add or remove users:
- Adding users: Prorated charge for remaining billing period
- Removing users: Credit applied to next invoice
Invoices and Receipts
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and include:
- Per-user charges
- Any add-ons or overages
- Credits or adjustments
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Select cancellation reason (optional feedback)
- Confirm cancellation
Data Retention: After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. After that, it's permanently deleted.
