Managing Your Subscription
Accessing Billing Settings
- Log in to your Monwurx dashboard
- Click your profile icon in the top-right
- Select "Billing & Plans"
Note: Only account Owners can access billing settings.
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
- All new features become instantly available
Downgrading
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You keep access to current features until then
- Ensure you're under the new plan's limits before the change
Billing Cycle Options

Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- ACH bank transfer (US only, annual plans)
- Wire transfer (Enterprise, annual only)
- Invoice billing (Enterprise, minimum $10,000/year)
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click "Add New Payment Method"
- Enter your card details
- Set as default if desired
- Remove old payment methods if needed
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll retry 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account may be suspended.
