Setting Productivity Goals
Why Set Goals?
Productivity goals help your team understand expectations and track progress. Monwurx uses goals to:
- Provide context for productivity scores
- Trigger alerts when goals are at risk
- Generate goal attainment reports
- Motivate team members with clear targets
Creating Team Goals
- Go to Settings → Goals → Team Goals
- Click "Create New Goal"
- Choose the metric (productive hours, productivity %, app usage)
- Set the target value (e.g., 6 productive hours daily)
- Select which team members or departments this applies to
- Click "Save Goal"
Goal Types
Daily Productive Hours
Target number of hours in productive applications per day
Productivity Score
Target percentage of time in productive activities
App-Specific Time
Minimum time in specific applications (e.g., 2 hours in CRM)
Focus Time
Uninterrupted work blocks without app switching
Goal Progress Tracking
Track goal progress in real-time:
- Dashboard Widget: See daily goal progress at a glance
- Employee Cards: View individual progress on employee pages
- Weekly Digests: Receive email summaries of goal attainment
- Goal Reports: Analyze historical goal performance
Best Practice: Start with moderate goals and adjust based on baseline data. Unrealistic goals can demotivate employees.
