Understanding Your Dashboard
The Monwurx dashboard provides real-time insights into individual and team productivity. Here's how to interpret the key metrics.
Productivity Score
The productivity score (0-100) is calculated using AI based on:
- Active Time: Time spent actively working (mouse/keyboard activity)
- App Classification: Time in productive vs. unproductive apps
- Focus Sessions: Uninterrupted work periods
- Consistency: Regular work patterns
Score Interpretation
- 80-100: Excellent - Highly focused and productive
- 60-79: Good - Solid productivity with room for improvement
- 40-59: Average - Significant distractions detected
- Below 40: Needs attention - Review app usage patterns
Note: Scores are relative to your organization's averages. A 75 might be excellent in a creative role but average in data entry.
Activity Timeline
The timeline shows hour-by-hour activity with color coding:
- Green: Active work time
- Yellow: Light activity
- Gray: Idle time
- Blue: Meetings (if calendar integrated)
App Usage Breakdown
See where time is spent, categorized as:
- Productive: Work tools, IDEs, business apps
- Neutral: Browsers (depends on sites visited)
- Unproductive: Social media, entertainment
Top Apps Report
Shows the top 10 most-used applications with:
- Total time spent
- Percentage of workday
- Trend vs. previous period
Exporting Reports
Export reports in multiple formats:
- PDF: For presentations and meetings
- CSV: For spreadsheet analysis
- JSON: For API integration
Scheduled Reports
Set up automatic email reports:
- Go to Settings → Reports
- Click "New Scheduled Report"
- Select report type, recipients, and frequency
- Choose delivery time
