Configure tracking settings and policies for your team

Accessing Team Settings

Navigate to Settings → Team Settings from the dashboard. You must be an Owner or Admin to access these settings.

Tracking Configuration

Setting Options Recommendation
Screenshot Interval 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes 10 minutes for balance
Screenshot Quality Low, Medium, High Medium for most cases
Blur Sensitive Content On/Off On for privacy
Track Window Titles On/Off On for detailed reports
Idle Timeout 1-30 minutes 5 minutes standard

Work Schedule

Define your team's expected work hours:

  1. Go to Settings → Team Settings → Work Schedule
  2. Set the workday start and end times
  3. Select which days are working days
  4. Add any company holidays
  5. Configure overtime tracking if needed
Tip: The work schedule is used to calculate expected vs. actual hours and identify after-hours work.
