Managing Team Settings
Accessing Team Settings
Navigate to Settings → Team Settings from the dashboard. You must be an Owner or Admin to access these settings.
Tracking Configuration
| Setting | Options | Recommendation |

| Screenshot Interval | 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes | 10 minutes for balance |

| Blur Sensitive Content | On/Off | On for privacy |

| Idle Timeout | 1-30 minutes | 5 minutes standard |
Work Schedule
Define your team's expected work hours:
- Go to Settings → Team Settings → Work Schedule
- Set the workday start and end times
- Select which days are working days
- Add any company holidays
- Configure overtime tracking if needed
Tip: The work schedule is used to calculate expected vs. actual hours and identify after-hours work.
Department Settings
Create departments to organize your team:
- Different tracking settings per department
- Separate reports by department
- Assign managers to specific departments
- Set department-specific goals
Employee Permissions
Control what employees can see and do:
- View own data: Employees can see their activity
- Delete screenshots: Allow removal of specific screenshots
- Privacy mode access: Enable/disable privacy mode
- Privacy mode limits: Set daily privacy mode allowance
