What is Privacy Mode?

Privacy Mode allows employees to temporarily pause monitoring for personal tasks during work hours. This builds trust while maintaining productivity accountability.

Using Privacy Mode

  1. Right-click the Monwurx icon in your system tray
  2. Select "Enable Privacy Mode"
  3. Choose duration: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, or until manually disabled
  4. Click "Start Privacy Mode"

What Happens During Privacy Mode

Visibility: Privacy Mode usage is visible to managers. Excessive use may be flagged for review.
